Five stars for friendliness, two and a half stars for food quality. So surprised!! The grilled chicken on my sandwich was half the size of other Chick-Fil-a!! I would estimate only about 2 1/2 ounces! I would have had more chicken in a kids meal here! Will be going elsewhere next time...

I little disappointed tonight. I ate here around 7 pm with my wife and three kids. Tables were a bit dirty and we selected the fourth one that seemed free of crumbs after passing over the first three that had plenty. My grilled chicken sandwich got odd when it got crunchy chewy. I opened it up and I had two tomato slices that were far from ripe and whoever made the sandwich put two tomato ends on it. Not one...but yes two!The dark green center rhine was all there. I got two ends of unripe tomatoes with green leafy centers. WTH! I just took the tomatoes off and cut out the 3/4 inch centers and put them back on. I wasn't going to say anything but as I was leaving I requested a refill on my drink and was asked "How was everything tonight?" I hesitated on my response but then felt obligated to explain my hesitation. I told her about the dark green center unripe tomatoes (2) that someone put on my sandwich. Her response was " OK I'll let them know about that" and she walk three feet back to register after handing me the refill and took the next customer's order. Things happen...in business it's how one responds that counts. So now I walked to the car thinking "she didn't care and person who made the sandwich didn't care...that must be their lack luster level of quality here. Note to self...avoid this particular location.

Great experience. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and professional they are probably the most friendly staff that I have ever encountered while eating at a fast food restaurant. They were very helpful and they were always there to lend a hand like helping to throw out food. So every time I've been to a Chick Fil A it's been a great experience but this restaurant in paticular is my favorite Chick Fil A as of now. Everything about this restaurant is a positive I have nothing negative to say.

Super friendly Chick-Fil-A. Everyone always smiles and greets you warmly. The drive through is pretty efficient with two lines typically going. The food is always hot and fresh. One time they forgot my fries and I walked back in and the manager gave me a large fry instead. One of my favorite fast food places!

This location is slow. The manager was packing the orders for both the drive thru and the inside customers. He was more interested in the drive thru people then the people inside. It took 20 minutes for our order to be done. The store on redbug road puts this one to shame. Won't be going back to this location. The drive thru line was also slow, and they didn't have order takers outside like other locations do.

Prompt service even though this place gets packed real quickly. Everything is of usual CFA quality. Definitely will recommend!

For a fast food restaurant, this place is pretty decent! They are always clean and have really friendly staff. I really don't mind this brand for a quick bite, but dang it I always find myself wanting some chicken nuggets on a Sunday!

This has to be the best chic franchise I've ever been to. Ron and the staff here are super. I truly can say it's a pleasure coming here. I actually smile when I arive here. And if your a diabetic like me ask Ron for the Winnie Palmer.

One of the better fast food options in my opinion. I love their waffle fries, dip em in a shake and I'm in heaven. Their ice cream cones are super affordable and delicious! Both their chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches are amazing. I love pickles on sandwiches. I have not had anything from here that I don't like. Just know they are closed on sundays and they close relatively early in the evening- around 10pm I believe.

This place is my favorite fast food joint. I love the grilled chicken sandwich which comes on a wheat bread and ordering it with a fresh side salad. The lemonaid is fresh too! Yum! I highly recommend this place if you want a place where you can get healthy fast food (gasp!) but the line literally gets out the door. The open entrance floor gets confusing and you never know if you're waiting behind somebody who is waiting for their food or which register the line you're in leads to. They seriously need to figure out a better way to deal with the line.

I hate, hate, hate with every ounce in me, that I ate at a fast food place, but while attending Full Sail University I have had to make more than one sacrifice! It is near impossible to make it all the Whole to whole foods when your teacher only give you a 15 minutes break, so I ventured to Chick-fil-A hoping to find something worth eating. I waiting in somewhat of a line and asked the server what was gluten free (not like I couldn't pretty much figure it out but I still ask to make sure) well she couldn't really assist me, but she called over a manager and apologized for not knowing. The manager, gosh his name slips my mind but it was like Tom or something rather common, middle aged white male who never stopped smiling. And I only add this because I could only hope this results in a raise! He walked me through how to ask future cashiers for the menue nutrition guides that they can just print off for you. He was probably one of the best servers I have had in the past 12 months of eating anywhere and everywhere to be completely honest. I was happy to know that I could eat the fries (yes, cheat meal of the century) and the grilled chicken. Which I am sure is not locally raised nor organic, which is just about all I try and eat, but for the time constraint, it was a necessary evil. This place is the bomb and there forthe company for trying to have a few things gluten free!

Have eaten here several times (maybe 8-10 times), never had an issue. Sometimes you need to give a place a couple tries before you rate them. That's my opinion.

Pros: super friendly employees, delicious food. Cons: food delivery was slow, initially gave me the wrong order, interior is outdated, fry portion is underwhelming.

I wish I could give negative stars for this location.. I've never been so let down with every visit that I've made here. They never have what I ask for, how are you ALWAYS out.. Literally every single time they are out of the cob salad. One night we even placed our order, went to the window, to be told by the manager that he was "just informed" that they are out of normal chicken.. Wtf??? You're out of chicken, how? He didn't even offer us half price, free drinks or fries.. We waited in line for 15 minutes and only 2 out of the 4 of us got food.. Not what they ordered though.. We were expected to be okay with spicy chicken sandwiches... And all we got was a confused sorry. I have a hunch that it's late at night and these kids don't want to prepare fresh food so they just say they're out. This hands down is the worst chick-fil-a that I have ever been to in my entire life.. You shouldn't be running out of chicken, displeasing your customers on numerous occasions and not trying your hardest to at least try to make us feel like you care.. I'm never coming back to this location, you truly do not deserve my service.

I have eaten at many Chick-fil-A restaurants over the years and this is the worst one I have ever visited. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. But the food is just not up to par. The standard Chick-fil-A sandwiches I have gotten from here have had very small pieces of chicken which didn't even completely cover the bun. The 12 count nuggets have been so small I've actually counted them because they in no way filled the box. The chicken biscuit I ordered this morning has to be the most pitiful yet. The chicken was thin and flat and didn't cover the biscuit. The biscuit was already crumbled into pieces before I even took a bite. I have called and complained and the managers have always been nice and apologetic. They have always given me a free item on my next visit to replace whatever was bad. But I don't want free items every single time I go there which are no better than the items I paid for to begin with. Having to call the store to complain constantly is just way too much drama for me. So after today, I'm not calling anymore. I'll just try very, very hard to not visit this particular Chick-fil-A again!

Having gone here quite a few times I have to say that the crew here from clerk to manager is built to serve. The food is hot, fresh, flavorful and a nice respite from typical fast food. What gives this location and possibly the company special props is that even the manager is sweeping up, hand delivering orders and refilling my soda at the table unrequested. It only misses a 5 star rating due to their political stance on gay marriage, but in every other way they are about the "tippy top" as far as fast food goes.

Ok so outside of the all the hype with their C.E.O and his comments last summer "Who Cares" This place rocks! 8 check in's and counting. I wish these guys had a Chick-fil-A in NY because I would be up to 100 check in's by now. Love them. Eat more Chicken!
